Job Purpose :

Will ensure & monitor the implementation of channel strategies into the execution level (sales area / field), excellence in in-outlet execution, Execution KPI & POPM/ Assets deployment in order to support achieving the defined business objective.

Responsibilities :

  • Manages all channel execution, actions required to grow & develop within each channel according to the channel plan & strategy
  • Manage specifically assigned projects to improve the channel priority
  • Ensure & monitor excellence in in-outlet execution across key customers/accounts, strengthening in outlet presence, brands, optimizing assortment, & promotional strategy inline with promotion guideline across all channels
  • Supporting on how to improve the scores of the Execution KPI (A2QVP2 : Availability, Affordability, Quality, Visibility, Promotion & Persuasion)
  • Work closely with the regional sales team to monitor & analyze competitor activity that cover all aspects of A2QVP2
  • Manage POPM/ Asset allocation & deployment

Requirements :

  • Min. S1 graduate from Sales & Marketing Education
  • Fluent in English both Oral and written
  • Have min.2 years experience in trade marketing
  • Have initiative
