Tujuan pekerjaan :Plan, direct, execute, coordinate and control the sales activities in his/ her respective area to accees
Tanggung jawab :
- Develop business and create demand through the outlet activations
- Consistently provide the best service, understand the customer needs, as well as engage and influence them through regular outlet visit.
- Implement standard activities in the outlets in accordance with the provisions of the company.
- Ensure the correct implementation of advertising and promotion activities in line with the company strategy and standards.
- Liaise with Distributor’s team to achieve sales targets within assigned territory and regularly monitor the performance and follow up with corrective actions.
- Min. S1 graduate from any discipline.
- Experience in Fast Moving Consumer goods (FMCG) as a sales supervisor or marketing representative is an advantage but not mandatory
- Excellent in communications negotiation skill, interpersonal relationship, as well as team work.
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- Willing to be relocated all over Indonesia
- Hold valid driving license “A”
